Habit Heatmap fetches workout data from your personal API endpoint to display a visual heatmap of your activity. The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers. All data processing happens locally on your device.
The data fetched from your API (workout dates and types) is stored locally on your device using App Groups to enable sharing between the main app and the widget extension.
All workout data is stored locally on your device in a shared container accessible by both the app and widget. This data is never transmitted to any server other than your personal API endpoint that you configure. You have full control over your data and can delete it by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage directly from your device's settings.

When you configure your personal API endpoint in the app, the URL is stored securely on your device. The app periodically fetches workout data from this endpoint to keep your widget up to date. The frequency of these requests is controlled by iOS WidgetKit and typically occurs every few hours.
We do not collect or store log data related to your device, such as IP addresses, device name, or operating system version. Any app errors are logged locally on your device and are not shared with us.
Habit Heatmap does not use cookies. Any session data or preferences are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults and App Groups.
